Typically identified as part of a Defect Quote after an inspection or callout.
📋 Defect Quotes
Every remedial job is formally documented in a Defect Quote.
The quote sets out the parts, labour, and costs needed to complete the work.
You have full visibility and approval before we proceed.
🧾 Invoicing Process
We only invoice once the remedial works are completed.
Payment terms are 7 days from the invoice date.
Direct Debit clients: payment will be taken automatically after completion.
Other payment methods: BACS, card, or cheque (see Payment Methods).
✅ This process ensures you only pay for remedial works that have been completed and approved, giving you clarity and control over costs.
