Wilson Alarms offers several ways to pay your invoices. Our goal is to make it easy, safe, and secure for you to settle your account.
π Our Preferred Method: Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the simplest way to pay your ongoing maintenance or monitoring contract.
Payments are taken automatically, on time, with no risk of missed deadlines.
You remain covered without having to worry about reminders.
You will even receive a Β£5 discount on the first invoice.
π³ Card Payment
You can pay securely online via card payment.
Either use the payment link in your digital invoice, or pay directly here: Card Payment Portal.
π¦ BACS (Bank Transfer)
You can pay via BACS transfer using the bank details provided on your invoice.
Please quote your invoice number as the payment reference so we can allocate it correctly.
π Cheque
We accept payment by cheque, though this is our least preferred method.
Cheques should be made payable to Wilson Alarm Systems Limited and sent to our registered office (1-3 Paigle Road, Leicester, LE2 8HP).
Please allow additional time for postage and clearing.
π« No Cash Payments
For security reasons, we do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
β Wherever possible, we encourage all customers to choose Direct Debit for peace of mind and convenience.
π¦ The Direct Debit Guarantee
When you pay Wilson Alarms by Direct Debit, your payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
This means:
Advance Notice β Youβll always be notified in advance of any changes to the amount, date, or frequency of your Direct Debit.
Instant Refunds β If a Direct Debit is taken in error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your bank or building society.
You Stay in Control β You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society. Please also let us know so we can update your account.
β Paying by Direct Debit is safe, simple, and secure, and it ensures your Wilson Alarms contract is always kept up to date without you needing to remember payment deadlines.
