24/7 Engineer Support – access to our emergency callout service at a discount rate, with priority response for contracted clients.
❌ What’s Not Included
Some items fall outside the standard contract and may be chargeable:
Consumables (e.g. batteries, fuses, bulbs).
Wireless Detector Batteries – replaced annually.
Control Panel Batteries – replaced every 2 years.
Repairs caused by damage (misuse, vandalism, flooding, fire, burglary, or third-party interference).
Non-Wilson parts or equipment added after installation.
🔄 Service Frequency
Intruder Alarm Detectors – inspected every year.
Control Panels – inspected every 2 years.
Police-Monitored Systems – require two maintenance visits per year to stay compliant.
Fire Alarms – may require more frequent servicing (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) depending on system design and regulations.
📅 Contract Duration
Runs for 12 months.
We send your renewal notice in month 11, giving you one month to decide whether to continue.
Once renewed, the contract runs for its full duration — we do not offer refunds if you choose to cancel part way through.
