After the 2-day pending period, tips become payable and are scheduled for transfer to your bank account during the next payment run.

Tips move through a simple status flow:
Pending: Appears immediately in your digital wallet when a customer sends a tip.
Payable: After 2 days, tips are marked as payable.
Bank Transfer: Payable tips are included in the next payment run, which occurs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
This ensures that your earnings are timely, secure, and fully traceable.
📲 How Will I Know If I Receive a Tip?
You’ll get a phone notification as soon as a tip is sent.
Your most recent tips are displayed on the home screen of the app.
Within your digital wallet, you can track both pending and payable tips, as well as your complete tipping history.
This makes it easy to monitor earnings at a glance and review past tips anytime.
