🌟 What is Team Tips?
Team Tips collects all tips into a central pot, which is then shared among team members.
The team received tips, which are split by team admin;
The team admin chooses the best split option, and pass the team split to the team for approval;
The team member can see the tip split details, approve or decline it;
The tip is paid to the member in the next payment run.
This system empowers teams while keeping everything clear and accountable.
💸 Tip Fees
Who pays the tip fee is decided by the business owner. If the business owner has selected the fees to be covered by the employees, the fee will be reflected on the member app.
💁♂️ Customer Covers the Fee (default) – the tipper pays a small extra charge, and the team keeps 100% of the tip.
🏪 Merchant Covers the Fee – the business absorbs the service charge so customers pay nothing extra.
👷♀️ Member Covers the Fee – the fee is deducted from the tip amount, depending on your settings.

Tips over £/€1.00 → £/€0.25 + 5% of the tip
👀 Viewing Your Team’s Tips
You can see your team tips in your team digital wallet, accessible:
On the mobile app or online platform
In the Team Tips section, or swipe left from your personal wallet to view the team wallet
This lets you track all team earnings in one place.
🔄 How Do I Split the Team Tips Pot?
You can split your team tips easily using the URocked mobile app or online at myaccount.urocked.com/team-tips.
Enter hours worked: Input all team members’ hours.
Automatic calculation: The system calculates each member’s share based on hours or your chosen split method.
Review & confirm: You’ll see everyone’s share on screen. Confirm the split, or edit hours if needed.
Team review: Once confirmed, team members have 24 hours to review their share and request changes if necessary.
✅ After confirmation, each member’s share is automatically transferred to their individual digital wallet and becomes payable as part of the next available payment run.
