Go to Google Play or App Store and download the latest version of the Urocked App to access enhanced tip splitting.
How does it work?
Select the date range as per usual.
You now will see a dropdown screen with all the ways in which you can split the tip pot. Just select one:
1 . Amounts – simply enter the amount of tips each team member should receive.
2. Hours – this method is just as before, however, you can now enter to the nearest minute.
3. Percentages – enter the percentage of the pot each team member should receive.
4. Split equally – select the team members who should receive an equal share of the pot.
5. Weighted points – add points to each member and the app will split the pot based on a points weighting calculation.
You can now enter the split share values manually rather than using the + and – buttons, making the split creation process quicker and easier for you: just tap the value and enter the amount.
The 24 hour freeze period has been improved!
If all team members (including admins) accept their split share, then the split will automatically complete straight away. So no more waiting for 24 hours.
You can now also split tips on a day-by-day basis, using any of the 5 new splitting methods. This means you can only apply tip splits to the individual days your staff worked certain days. You can only make a new split after all the previous splits have been completed.
