Who Covers the Service Fee?
šāāļø Customer Covers the Fee (Default): The tipper pays a small service charge on top of the tip, so the team member receives 100% of the amount.
šŖ Merchant Covers the Fee: The business takes on the service charge, allowing customers to tip without paying anything extra.
š·āāļø Member Covers the Fee: The service charge is deducted from the tip amount, based on the merchantās chosen preference.

ā How much is the fee?
For tips of Ā£/ā¬1.00 or less:
A Ā£/ā¬0.25 service charge is applied.
For tips over Ā£/ā¬1.00:
A Ā£/ā¬0.25 base charge plus 5% of the tip value is added.
š§¾ Example:
If a customer tips ā¬5.00, the total charge will be:
ā¬5.00 (tip) + ā¬0.25 + ā¬0.25 (5%) = ā¬5.50
