When a new split is confirmed by your team Admin, you'll receive a notification letting you know a new split is available for you to check. You can either accept or reject a split, depending on if the hours entered for you are correct or not. If they are, you can accept the split, if they're not you can reject it and the team Admin will have to update the split.
The split will be held for a period of 24 hours once it's been confirmed by the Admin:
IF a team member rejected the split, the Admin must go back and amend the split. In this scenario, the 24 hour counter resets so everyone can check the split again
IF some, or all team members accept the split, everyone's' share will be transferred into their individual digital wallet once the 24 hours is up
IF nobody accepts or rejects the split, everyone's share will be transferred into their individual digital wallet once the 24 hours is up
To check a team split, go to Team Tips. If there's a split waiting for you to accept, you'll see it in red. Click the team:
Now click 'Team Splits' (you'll see a red ! icon, this indicates a split needs to be checked by you):
Now you'll see your share of the pot, along with the total amount which was split and the number of team members it was split between. From here you can either accept or reject the split:
If you accept the split, you'll see the Split Accepted screen:
If you reject the split, you'll see the Split Rejected screen:
Speak to your team admin and let them know the issue regarding your hours, so they can update the split accordingly. You'll then be able to check the split again, once the issue has been rectified by your team Admin.
