Will I be charged before / after my subscription ships?

Huel subscription orders are charged before they ship. Payment is taken at the point of renewal β€” before your order is packed or dispatched.


How Subscription Billing Works

Payment taken

As soon as your subscription renews β€” usually between 2am and 5am on your renewal date

Order processing

Once payment is successful, your order is passed to Huel's fulfilment team to be picked, packed, and shipped

Shipping confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel leaves the warehouse


Important to Know

Failed payment

If your payment fails, your subscription order will not process until the payment issue is resolved

Update payment promptly

Keeping your payment details up to date helps avoid delays to your subscription

Charge timing

Huel subscription charges always appear on your account before your parcel is collected by the courier
