My subscription is failing to process, what should I do?

If your subscription payment is failing, don’t worry — there are a few quick things to check.

1. Insufficient funds
• Make sure there are enough funds in your account to cover the subscription amount.

2. Expired or incorrect card details
• Double-check that your payment method is up to date in your account.
• Go to Payment Methods and update your details if needed.

3. Billing information
• Ensure your billing address matches the one registered with your bank or payment provider.

4. Bank security blocks
• Sometimes banks block recurring payments for security reasons.
• Contact your bank to check if they’ve flagged or blocked the payment.

What happens next
• The system will automatically try to process your subscription again the following day.
• If it fails again, please update your payment method or contact your bank before retrying.
