My sub is failing to process - what should I do?

If a Huel subscription order fails to process, the issue is typically related to the payment method or billing information. To resolve a failing subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the payment method: Ensure card details are current and valid. Update or add a new card within the Payment Methods section of the Huel account. For those using PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, verify that those specific accounts are active and have sufficient funds.

  2. Confirm the billing address: The billing address in the Huel account must match the address registered with the bank or payment provider exactly.

  3. Check with the bank: Banks may occasionally block recurring subscription payments for security reasons. Verify with the bank that payments to Huel are authorized.


What happens next

  • If a payment fails, the Huel system will automatically retry the transaction the following day.

  • The Huel subscription will process successfully once the payment method has been updated or the bank has cleared the transaction.
