You can manage what communications you receive from Huel — including marketing emails, post, and WhatsApp updates — by updating your Contact Preferences in your Huel account.
How to update your Contact Preferences
Log into your Huel account
Go to Contact Preferences
Under Order updates, note that email notifications are fixed and cannot be turned off
Under Marketing updates, check or uncheck any of the following to suit your preferences:
Email
Post
WhatsApp (requires a phone number saved in the My details tab)
Click Save preferences
Important things to know
You'll always receive transactional emails (such as order confirmations and shipping updates) regardless of your marketing preferences — these cannot be turned off
If you unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of a Huel marketing email, your Contact Preferences will also update automatically
You can opt back in at any time by re-selecting your preferences in Contact Preferences within your Huel account
