How to cancel your Huel subscription
Only complete these steps if you want to cancel your subscription (not delete your account).
Log into your Huel Account at huel.com
Click My Subscriptions
Select the Huel subscription you'd like to cancel
Click Cancel Subscription
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation
Important: Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account
When you cancel your Huel subscription, the following remains unchanged:
Your Huel account will not be deleted
Your Huel order history will remain in your account
Your account details and saved payment methods will remain active

If you want to delete your Huel account entirely (not just cancel your subscription), you'll need to request account deletion separately via our Data Request Form. Cancelling your Huel subscription alone will not delete your account — you must submit a separate data deletion request.
