Subscription, payment and billing

Please note: Only the person who owns the company account in tracezilla can set up the subscription and add add-on modules. To create new users, see the instructions here.


To view and change your subscription or your payment method, go to Company Settings > Subscription. Here you can also view your invoices from tracezilla and manage users.

Billing information

Here you can manage your billing information. For example, you can change the email address that tracezilla sends invoices to. You can also update your company address.

Subscription plan and add-ons

Here you can make changes to your subscription. For example, you can add add-on modules (Tasks & Controls, Powerpack, B2B Commerce, and Connect). The price overview gives you an overview of the prices and any discounts. You can read more about our price plans here


Payment

You will be redirected to Stripe, where you can add or update your payment method.

Here you will find all invoices from tracezilla.


Users and access

Users

Here you get an overview of all users linked to your company account. You can change a user's role or remove a user. Click a user to open the update window. Change the role by selecting a different role from the dropdown menu. If you want to remove a user, select Remove from organisation in the dropdown menu.


Roles and permissions

Here you can edit permissions for the different roles.
The settings are divided into four categories: Visible menu items, Start page, Access restrictions and Mobile Home Screen.


Visible menu items

Here you can select which menu items should be visible to which roles.


Start page

Here you can select which start page should be shown to the different user roles.


Access restrictions

Here you can manage access restrictions for the different roles.

Mobile home screen

Here you can select which menu items should be visible to which roles.
