I paused my ride and I can’t resume it.

If you paused your vehicle and are not able to restart your ride, please try one of those steps:
1. Make sure that your internet connection is stable.
2. Re-open the app.
3. Press on the resume button on more time.

If you are still unable to resume the ride, please contact us and we will be able to help.

To start a chat via app:
1. Click on the menu icon at the top left hand corner.
2. Click on the Help and safety drawer, then on the Help center.
3. Click on Send us a message.
