The vehicle is damaged. What can I do?

If you have started a rental and noticed that a vehicle is damaged, please contact our customer care team so we can support you.

You can inform us in the app after the ride through the reporting option or simply start a chat through the app.

Alternatively, please open the Tier app:
1. Click on the menu icon at the top left hand corner.
2. Click on the Help and safety drawer, then on the Help center.
3. Click on Send us a message.
