The pause feature is designed if you want to hop off your vehicle for a short period of time and still have it reserved for you once you are back.

You are able to pause your rental during the ride by using the in-app pause function.

You can pause your ride as many times as you'd like, as long as it doesn't exceed the maximal 2-hour rental duration (1 hour in some cities).

During the pause function, the vehicle cannot be moved.
​
While your ride is paused you will still be charged a regular price per minute.
​
After the two hour period, the rental will automatically end.
