If the invoice you received is difficult to understand or you think you have been charged incorrectly, please start a chat with us and we will be able to help you.

To make a process quicker, please be prepared to provide the following details:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Issue experienced
- Screenshot of the charge in question / invoice number
- Amount of transaction

If the amount in question is related to one of your rentals and you would like to check the amount of transaction / invoice number, you can access this information by going to the sidebar menu -> Account and Settings -> Ride History drawer.
