When looking at your Ads performance dashboard, and then at the Channel's performance dashboard, you see a gap between the revenue. Why is that so?
It is caused by unclassified UTMs.
In the Ads performance dashboard, we display the attribution for 100% of the UTMs retrieved from our trackers. In the Channel's performance dashboard, we display only the UTMs we were able to properly classify. The difference between the two is attributed to those unclassified UTMs.
As some UTMs are unclassifiable, you won’t see those in “channels”, but they will appear in the ad list. We are currently working on this to reduce the gap, but this might take a little time before it is resolved.
