Ad (Campaign)

Learn about what is a campaign in Quantic Factory

Updated over a week ago

An ad is, for us at Quantic Factory, a set of creatives (images, videos) that are grouped under one UTM.

The primary value Quantic Factory brings is accurate sales attribution. We take into account three levels of digital marketing data:

  • the media level (Facebook, Google, etc.)

  • the channel level (Paid Facebook, Paid Google, Organic Search...)

  • and the ad level (that can be tracked through UTMs)

We are UTM-centric. We use UTMs to provide you with ad-level attribution data.

⚠️ In Quantic Factory, we call “campaign” what corresponds to a UTM, which is one specific piece of advertising. Some agencies have an even more granular level, the “creative” (several creatives can be put together under the same UTM). Unfortunately, agencies like META do not provide us with detailed enough information to perform analysis at that level.

You can track the effectiveness of your marketing investments by channel (see our Sales by Channel dashboard) but also by campaigns, in the Sales by Campaigns dashboard.

There you can precisely see how each of your campaigns contributed to sales. Make sure to set up the UTMs and ad IDs properly for this to work.
