When you send a colleague continuous feedback, you can choose from the following visibility options (if enabled on your account).

There's a tag on the feedback showing you who can see it.

You can edit any continuous feedback that you've given to your colleagues. Moderators cannot edit continuous feedback comments made by others unless they 'view as' the employee who gave the feedback. No one else, for example, your manager, the recipient or the recipient's manager, can edit feedback comments.

You can delete any continuous feedback that you've given to your colleagues. Moderators can also delete any continuous feedback given/received on your account. No one else, for example, your manager, the recipient or the recipient's manager, can delete feedback comments.
