At Talos Perform we believe feedback is one of the most powerful self-development tools you can get. Continuous feedback allows you to gather feedback in the moment when you need it most.
Receiving feedback on a project you have just completed helps to maximise your potential and improve your performance. Alternatively you may have just watched your colleague give a presentation and want to let them know what you thought. 'Request feedback' and 'give feedback' are two features that can be enabled on your account.
Requesting adhoc feedback from your colleagues
Note: You will need to have Configurator access to enable 'adhoc get feedback' and Form Designer access to update the templates.
This feature allows people to request feedback at any time from colleagues of their choice. You can set up multiple templates to choose from that are focused on different topics or asking feedback-giver different questions. This supports your employees to get valuable feedback without them having to create their own questions.
Go to Configuration > Feedback > Feedback > Adhoc get feedback to enable this feature.
Go to Form Design > Get feedback forms to add/update the templates available for your employees to use when requesting adhoc feedback.
Giving adhoc feedback to your colleagues
Note: Talos Perform support will need to enable 'give feedback' for you. Please contact support@appraisd.com with the details of what you'd like to customise.
This feature allows people to give feedback to a colleague at any time. You can also add your values to the pop-up so people align their feedback to one of your company values and you can report on this.
There are three visibility options shown on the screenshot above - Administrators can choose which of these are available for employees to choose from.
They can see the feedback they've have received in the Your Feed section of their dashboard - and they can reply to their colleagues' comments.
They can also view all the feedback they have received from their Feedback tab.
If you're Administrator, you may wish to include this feedback stream in your review forms. Please refer to our help page on how to combine continuous feedback with your formal review process.
