If you work directly with external stakeholders like clients and customers, your HR team may have enabled a feature on your account that allows you to send feedback requests to people who don't have regular access to your Talos Perform account.
To send feedback requests to external users, you will need to follow the usual steps to nominate a colleague to give feedback on your team member's review as a manager.
You will then be given the option to invite an external person on the pop-up.
