Why have some of your team's objectives disappeared?
If you can't see all your objectives anymore it could be one of two things:
They've been marked as Finished by your manager. In order to see these completed objectives, you can click on Archived and the completed objectives will appear with a grey background.
Your account is using a setting that only shows objectives that have a due date falling within a certain range. Try selecting a different period from the drop-down menu if you have this option.
Why do some of my team members objectives have a coloured background and some are greyed out?
When an objective is marked as Finished it will go grey and can be accessed by clicking on the Archived button under their current objectives.
