Reporting on objectives

Written by Laura Bennett

Full list report

Note: You will need 'Administrator' and 'Moderator' permissions to report on the full list of Objectives.

Go to the Administration Centre > Reports tab > Objectives > List - all time.

Click on the "Filter" button to narrow down which Objectives you're interested in.

Here are some examples of the filters that you can apply to pull insights from the Objectives added to Talos Perform:

  1. Find out which objectives have been completed or not.

  2. Find out which objectives are overdue, you can apply this filter alongside custom people fields to see if there are any trends across different groups.

  3. Check which objectives are still in draft and haven't been confirmed yet.

  4. Search for objectives focused in a specific area to see who is working towards the same goals across the organisation, or find what employees have chosen predefined company or department objectives to focus on.

  5. Check which objectives have been set in different periods.

Metrics report

Note: You will need 'Administrator' permissions to report on the metrics of Objectives.

  • No. Draft: number of draft objectives the user has

  • No. Unfinished: number of confirmed objectives the user has

  • No. Finished: number of objectives marked as 'finished' the user has (the grey ones)
