Adding progress updates to an objective for my team

You will be able to see all of your team's objectives, and you can write a progress update on them. Progress updates can be added to your team's objectives at any time throughout the year regardless of whether they have a review in progress. They are stamped with the date and time they were added, and it is a good way to record progress on objectives throughout the year.

Note: Progress updates are immediately visible to everyone who has access to the objective when you add them regardless of whether or not you have submitted your review.

There are a couple of ways to view your teams objectives and add progress updates:

1) Go to your 'Team' tab and click into the employee you wish to add an update to.

Click into their 'Objectives' tab and you will see all of their current objectives, choose the one you would like to add an update to and scroll to the bottom of the form to add your comments:

Once you've saved your progress update and hover over it, you have the option to make the progress update private by clicking on 'visible' - it will toggle to 'hidden'. If you need to delete your comment, click on the trashcan icon.

2) From your 'Team' tab you can go directly to your team member's objectives page by clicking 'Objectives' at the bottom of the employee card:

Simply follow the same steps above to add progress updates.
