Objectives can be created at any time.
Go to your Objectives tab and click Set up a new objective at the top right of the Objectives page.
Complete the form. Here's an example of a standard objectives template:
Depending on your configuration you may have the option to Save as draft and Save as confirmed, or Save as draft only.
Save as draft – choose this if the objective hasn't been agreed upon with your manager. It will remain editable, to be confirmed at a later date.
Save as confirmed – choose this if the objective has been agreed upon with your manager.
Info: Once an objective is confirmed, it cannot be modified by yourself - only the your line manager and other supervisors can modify the objective (unless your account has been configured to allow employees to edit their own objectives).
