What does the "Reviews: metrics" report show?

"People completed a review" means users where

  • they have one or more closed reviews

"People have no completed reviews" means users where

  • they have one or more in progress reviews

  • they have one or more closed reviews

"People have none" means users where

  • they don't have any reviews within the boundaries of the applied filter(s)

"Those marked as 'Not appraised'" means users

  • who hasn't completed a review + anyone who hasn't had a review + anyone marked as 'not appraised'/doesn't have a manager on your People tab and therefore won't have a review

What does the "Feedback: metrics" report show?

  • Number sent: number of nominations sent within this review

  • Number completed: number of completed feedback nominations within this review

  • Self-assessment completed: ticked if the employee has submitted their self-assessment for this review

How can I view the activity log for a specific review?

Go to the Administration Centre > Reviews tab.

Apply a filter to find the review you're interested in. Click "Edit" > "View activity log for this review".

Here you can see any actions that happened on the review, for example:

  • it was auto-closed

  • one of the CS team at Talos Perform edited it - our name will be in [brackets] before the user we were logged in as

  • an admin edited it

  • an employee or manager submitted comments

  • a manager rolled it back

  • it was manually closed

  • it was created by an admin or a manager - if it says 'no activity to display' it means it was created by an automatic cycle rather than manually

Also on this "Edit" pop-up, you can see the number of responses given by the reviewee, the reviewer and anyone else involved in the review like feedback-givers.
