Note: You will need Moderator access to use the 'viewing as' tool.
You can use the 'viewing as' tool to navigate your account as if you're logged in as a different user. You can do this to troubleshoot issues or answer queries from your team. Viewing as the demo users on your account - John, Vicky and Rob - is also useful for running training sessions or taking screenshots for training materials when you don't want to show your real data.
Search for the user you'd like to view your account as.
Click 'View as X' and a grey banner will appear at the top of the window to indicate you're now viewing as this other user.
When you're finished, click 'Exit' on the grey banner and you will go back to seeing your account as yourself.
Info: If you complete actions when viewing as someone else, these will be logged in the system to show that the tasks were completed by you in the 'view as' mode, ensuring all actions are accountable when using this tool.
