Editors don't always have to re-create content from scratch. Instead, they can copy, or move them within the same Guide or to different Guide.

Copy existing Instruction within the same Guide

1. Locate the Instruction you want to copy

2. Click the 3 dots menu

3. Click “Duplicate” in the dropdown menu.

4. The duplicated Instruction will open automatically

5. You can now edit the title and the steps of the duplicate without affecting the original one or you can leave it as it is.

Notes: Don’t forget to "PUBLISH UPDATES" to make the changes visible on the Viewer platform.
