1. Why should I collect reviews? How can Superchat help?
Reviews increase trust among potential and existing customers and help your business stand out from the crowd.
Review profiles in Superchat help you quickly and efficiently collect, manage and improve customer reviews. You can easily add different review sites, e.g. Google or TrustPilot, to your review profiles in Superchat and start collecting reviews directly.

2. How do I collect reviews?
To be able to collect reviews in Superchat you have to create a review profile and a review page.
💡 All you need to do this: Your company name and logo.
In Settings, navigate to Reviews on the left hand side
Click on New review profile

3. Which review sites can I add to Superchat?
You can add a number of different review sites in Superchat. Each review site must be linked to one of your review profiles.
This is how you add a review site:
In Settings, navigate to Reviews on the left hand side
Select a Review profile and scroll to Review site
Click on Add to include one or more of the desired sites

👉 Add ProvenExpert review link
👉 Add Trustpilot review link
💡 Hint: Use the custom link to add all the review sites you want.
4. How do I promote my review page?
In Superchat, you can generate a review link that you can share with your customers.
Follow these steps to find the review link of your respective profile:
In Settings, navigate to Reviews on the left hand side
Select a profile and scroll down to Review link
Click on Copy. Done! 👏
Superchat also gives you the option to create a personalized template inviting your contacts to leave a review.
Here's how to navigate to your review templates in Superchat:
In Settings, navigate to Reviews on the left hand side
Select a profile and then click on Review templates at the top of the page
Here you can create a custom review invitation and set a review reminder

5. Getting negative reviews: What now?
If you collect your reviews via the review link provided for you by Superchat, you have the option to manage reviews with 3 stars or less separately. These reviews are visible in Superchat, but not publicly available, which allows you to contact dissatisfied customers for feedback.
Here's how to activate the feedback form:
In settings, navigate to reviews on the left hand side
Select a profile and scroll down to Feedback form
Turn on the function (on the right). Done! 👏
