Review profiles in Superchat can help you quickly and efficiently request reviews from your customers. Thanks to the high opening and conversion rates of digital messenger channels, such as WhatsApp, you can collect more reviews on different portals and mirror your customers' trust there with little effort.
You can add different review sites like Google, ProvenExpert, or Capterra to your review profiles in Superchat.
Step-by-step instructions
In Superchat's settings, go to Reviews in the lower left corner.
Click on New review
Enter an Internal name for your rating profile and select the Superchat Inbox from which the rating profiles should be accessed
Upload a Logo and add your company name
The color is optional. You can change it later.
In the next step add the Review sites of your choice (single or multiple)
Activate, if desired, the Superchat Feedback Form to keep better control over your reviews
Customize the Template text that will later be available in the linked Superchat inbox when chatting with customers and click Finish. Done! 👏
