In Settings &gt; Reviews, select the Review profile you would like to add a Google Review link to.

​Scroll down to Review sites, select Add and then click on Google.

Connect your Google Business account and approve all permissions for Superchat (otherwise an error message will appear). ​

After that, simply select your Google My Business account and you will have successfully linked the review site.
