This section describes how to manage permissions in a project for the folders a participant should have access to.

Follow these steps to manage permissions for project participants:

  1. Go to the project for which you want to manage permission levels.

  2. Select Project Participants to see all project participants.

  3. Click on the participant whose permissions need to be adjusted.

  4. Choose which 'tags' the selected participant should have access to.

  5. Select Read or Write for each tag you have added. Write means the participant has the ability to upload files to folders with the corresponding tag plus moving and deleting.

    Tag Management

    Participant with, for example, the tag 'Contractor,' will be able to see the folder. If the participant has 'Write' marked, they will be able to do the following in the folder: upload files, create folders, delete files/folders, and move files/folders. If the participant only has 'Read,' they can only download files from the folder
