Troubleshooting
How do I connect my leak sensor to the internet?
How do I connect my leak sensor to the internet?
Leak Sensors connect to the Sensor Bridge on the back of your Indoor Camera. This acts as a hub for the Leak Sensors, so make sure they are in range of each other.
Once you’ve installed and placed your Leak Sensors in the desired location, you can check their signal strength on the Sky Protect app.
You’ll need to ensure the Sensor Bridge is online and showing a solid blue light before setting up your Leak Sensor. Ensure the Sensor Bridge is firmly inserted, you have removed the battery tab, and you have completed the setup of the Indoor Camera.
What do the lights on my Leak Sensor and Bridge mean?
What do the lights on my Leak Sensor and Bridge mean?
If the Sensor Bridge is showing a solid blue light, it is online and ready to connect to a Leak Sensor. If the Sensor Bridge is showing a yellow light, you may need to ‘reboot’ it. Reboot the Sensor Bridge by disconnecting it from the Indoor Camera and plugging it back in after one minute.
If the Sensor Bridge is still showing a yellow light, please ensure your Indoor Camera is also showing a solid blue light. Both devices must be online for the Leak Sensors to be set up and stay connected.

What is the battery life of my Leak Sensor?
The 2x AAA batteries in your Leak Sensors should last between 12-18 months. The Sky Protect App will let you know when a device’s battery is ‘low’ and again when ‘critically low’. There’s no need to change the batteries unless you get either of these notifications.
