STM V5 allows technical data sheets to be displayed when taking an item, with or without mandatory validation by the user.
⚙️ Prerequisites
Before use, the technical data sheets must be configured in the STS.

🖥️ Case 1: Technical Data Sheet with Mandatory Validation
🔴 1. Item Identification
On the item selection screen:
➡️ A red message appears: “Document to read”
📦 2. Accessing the Item
When selecting the item:
➡️ The user is redirected to the item sheet
📖 3. Reading the Technical Data Sheet
The technical data sheet opens automatically.
➡️ The user must tick:
☑️ “I have read this document”
🟢 4. Validation Completed
Once the data sheet has been validated:
➡️ The message changes from red to green
➡️ The indication shows that the document has already been read
➡️ The item is added to the basket
🔁 5. Later Consultation
➡️ The user can at any time:
Return to the technical data sheet
Consult it again freely
👁️ Case 2: Read-Only Technical Data Sheet, Not Mandatory

➡️ The technical data sheet is accessible when taking the item
➡️ No validation is required

Or proceed directly with the item take

The behavior depends on the settings configured in the STS
Mandatory validation blocks the item take until the data sheet has been read
