⚙️ Replacement Steps
1. Connect the air supply.
2. Unlock the door.
Press the green button until the indicator light turns green.
3. Open the door and disconnect the air supply.
4. Remove the nuts.
Use a 10 mm socket to remove the nuts from the 3 hinges.
5. Replace the door.
Remove the old door and position the new one.
Tighten the nuts of the 3 hinges again.
6. Reconnect the air supply.
Test proper operation :
Opening
Closing
Locking
✅ Final result
The door must open, close, and lock correctly. A visual and functional check is recommended at the end of the operation.
