- Must be mounted on a solid and flat wall 
- Use appropriate screws and anchors (not included) 
- Install horizontally using a spirit level for stability 
- Recommended height: between 135 cm and 155 cm from the floor 
- ā Optional floor-stand available through the sales department 
- ā ļø Before installation: make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of liquids or splashes 
2ļøā£ What type of wall can the XāSLINGĀ® be mounted on?
- Suitable for: - š§± Concrete 
- š§± Cinder block 
- š§± Brick

- ā For light partition walls (e.g. plasterboard): - Use reinforcements or an optional stand

3ļøā£ How do I connect the XāSLINGĀ® to a smart unit?
- Connect using the supplied RJ45 cable 
- Compatible with SAMāURAĆĀ® smart units: - XāTOWERĀ® 
- XāSMARTĀ® 
- XāSTOREĀ® 
 
- ā Up to 9 XāSLINGĀ® devices can be connected to one smart unit 
- ā ļø Respect the installation order for proper operation with SAM TOOL SUPERVISORĀ® 
- ā Do not plug an internet RJ45 cable into the XāSLINGĀ® ports ā these are reserved for XāSLINGĀ® use only 
4ļøā£ How to configure XāSLINGĀ® on the STS network
- Remove the top cover (4 screws using a ResistorxĀ® T20 screwdriver) 
- Locate the position selector on the control board 
- Set the position using a flat screwdriver 
- Plug the RJ45 cable into the IN/OUT ports inside the unit 
- Secure the cables using the included zip ties 
- Reattach the cover 
5ļøā£ What are the operating modes of XāSLINGĀ®?
- š Distribution mode: operator requests hook opening 
- š¦ Assisted restocking mode: hooks open progressively as items are restocked 
- ā” Full automatic unlock mode: all hooks open at once by pressing the āTESTā button 
- š Manual unlock mode: an internal latch allows individual hook release 
- š ļø Maintenance mode: for mechanical/electrical servicing (recommended: disconnect from smart unit) 
6ļøā£ How to clean and maintain XāSLINGĀ®
- ā Never spray directly on hooks 
- ā Turn off the smart unit before cleaning 
- Use: - Microfiber cloth 
- Mild glass cleaner 
 
- š« Do not use: - Vinegar 
- Ammonia 
- Acidic products 
 
- Wipe immediately to avoid residue 
7ļøā£ What to do in case of a malfunction?
ā XāSLINGĀ® is unresponsive:
- Check RJ45 connection 
- Restart the smart unit 
- Read the full user guide 
ā Hooks wonāt open:
- Ensure weight per hook does not exceed 20 kg 
- Try to manually unlock by opening the top cover and operating the internal latch

- Via smart unit (XāTOWERĀ®, XāSMARTĀ®, or XāSTOREĀ®): - Scan your badge on the unit 
- Go to the āAdvanced Restockingā tab 
- Click āOpen all hatchesā under your XāSLINGĀ® ā Hooks will open one by one 
 
- In case of power failure: - Remove the top cover 
- Manually open each hook using the metal latch in front of each hook 
 
- Via Kerong board: - Remove the top cover 
- Use a small object (e.g. paperclip) to press the "TEST" button on the board 
 ā”ļø All hooks will open at once
