Several types of contract are available in the STS, each with a specific role in the management of your company.
There is a generic contract linked to the company, as well as specific contracts: container contract, warranty contract, licence contract and SIM card contract. Here is an explanation of each:
Company contract: This contract must be created once a company has been created on the STS. It is used to centralise and link all the other contracts detailed below.
Container contract : This contract is used to assign a container to a company. It can be a rental, loan or purchase contract, with a clearly defined start and end date for optimum management by the customer.
Warranty contract: This contract enables SAM Outillage, the distributor and the customer to monitor the warranty of the various containers.
Licence contract: This contract enables STS user licences to be monitored. It lasts for one year and is renewable via your distributor, who will place an order for the ‘ACC-STS’ reference. If this contract expires, the user concerned will no longer be able to access the STS until the licence has been renewed.
SIM card contract: This contract allows SAM Outillage to track the SIM cards embedded in the containers.
All these contracts are associated with start and end dates, guaranteeing precise monitoring of their period of validity. For proactive management, automatic notifications will be sent to you 6 months and 3 months before each contract expires.
