Projects and Cost Centres Functionality
This feature allows you to track and manage a budget allocated to a project or department over a defined period. When the amount spent reaches the set limit, the budget can be frozen, preventing any further expenditure.
1. Cost Centres
A cost centre is linked to a project or a department. Here are the differences:
Key feature:
A service encompasses all the company’s items, users and containers.
A project allows you to manually select the items, users and containers to be assigned. Unlike a department, which is company-wide, a project allows for more granular customisation tailored to specific objectives or needs.
Operators assigned to this service or team will automatically be assigned the corresponding cost centre when they use their badge.
Important: To use the cost centre with a project, you must create the project before creating the cost centre.
