What is the purpose of this report?
The user demographic report gives a complete overview of your users data, all presented in one single page. The report is highly customizable, meaning you can tailor the different sections to show exactly the data you are looking for. 🙌
Here's a preview of the data you can fetch:

What does the data mean?
Time period
The data is presented from 2017 (or the earliest data you have imported to SameSystem) - to present.
Updates
The data refreshes every 24 hours. If any changes are made in the system, please wait until the next day to see the updated report.
Raw data in SameSystem
All data is taken and summarized from the SameSystem application, which you have provided for us. If you would like to check or change the data presented, please do the changes directly in the SameSystem application. All metrics in this report are calculated by taking data from user contracts.
Meaning, the numbers in the report can not be changed unless the raw data is changed.
⚠ Note: Gender is not currently available for all clients. To enable it, please reach out to your local CSM. Once your CSM have enabled the field, it will appear when creating/editing a contract:
Employment type
This field depends on the user title. Once the role has been created, it is assigned the type; fixed monthly salary, or hourly-based salary.
Calculated metrics
All calculations are based on the last day of the month.
Number of users - The total number of users who were working employees on the last day of the month.
Avg. number of users - The average number of employees who worked each month during the period.
Users hired - Number of users hired during the time period.
Users terminated - Number of users terminated during the period.
Turnover rate - Number of users terminated during the period/average number of users worked each month during the period*100.
Employment period intervals - Calculated each month, i.e. if a user has been working since 2020.01.01, then on 2020.06.30 employment period would be day difference between the dates/365=0.5 years, which falls under interval [0-1). If you have a longer than 1 month period selected under the filters, you will see the average employment period. To see the current employment period, choose the current month under the filters.
Age intervals - Calculated each month, i.e. if a user was born on 1995.01.01, then on 2020.06.30, the age would be the day difference between the dates/365=25.5 years, which falls under age interval [20-29).
If you have a longer than 1 month period selected under the filters, you will see the average age of employees during all periods. To see the current employee age interval, choose the current month under the filters.
if a user was hired during the month, he/she is calculated to the working users number, and to the hired users number;
if a user was terminated during the month, he/she is NOT calculated to the working users number, but to the terminated users number;
if a user was hired before the first day of month and was not terminated during the month, he is calculated only to the working users number.
