All data is taken and summarized from SameSystem application, which you have provided for us. If you would like to check or change the data presented, please do the changes directly in the SameSystem application*. Numbers in Insights section can not be changed unless the raw data is changed. Below you will find information of where to find that raw data.

*After the changes, data will appear in reports after ~15 minutes. If some major changes in structure are being made, it could appear the next day.

Net sales, goods sold, visitors count – raw numbers, taken from:

Department – Weekly balance – Weekly balance

The accounts must have a defined field type in SameSystem:

Administration – Weekly balance – Weekly balance

In order to have all numbers in dashboards, you must have this data in your weekly balance, defined as:

· Net sales

· Quantity of goods sold

· Number of transactions

· Number of visits

Other metrics are calculated:

· Visitors conversion rate = Number of transactions / Number of visits

· Basket size = Net sales / Number of transactions

· Avg rows per receipt = Quantity of goods sold / Number of transactions

· Avg visitors = Average number of monthly visitors

· Net sales per productive hours = Net sales / Productive hours

· Visitors per productive hour = Visitors / Productive hours

· Budget per productive hour = Budget / Productive hours

*we are taking only field net sales for turnover. If budget numbers are from different field type, please change that balance field type to net sales so the numbers would be comparable.

Calculated metrics:

Index = Net sales / Budget

Sales area is defined by administrators for each department:

Edit each individual department and add value for Sales area in m2:

Calculated metrics:

· Productive hours per square meter = Productive hours / Sales area of department(-s)

· Avg visitors per month per square meter of sales area = Average number of visitors per month / Sales area

Data in Insights is presented since 2017 (or the earliest data you have imported to Same System) - to present.

The data is presented in the currency which has been entered into the system. There is no conversion. If there are departments, which have different currencies, please take that into consideration before analyzing the data.

Current YTD – refers to the period of time beginning January 1st of current year up to the current date. Not including today.

Dashboard – the view in SameSystem which appears on your screen after you click for Insights. We call it a report too.

Filters - the Filters panel on the right of the dashboard provides data filtering options that affect the data displayed in the widgets. You can change these filters to focus on more specific data.

Last YTD - refers to the period of time beginning January 1st of last year up to the current month and day. Not including todays day.

Widget – a dynamic visualization of data. Dashboard/report is a view of multiple widgets.
