This report shows salary costs at department level only. It does not contain individual employee salary data and is not where you find payslips.

You can analyze the data in various layers, to see the patterns in the previous periods as well as differences in released vs actual salary costs. You can also compare actual salary costs vs salary budget or turnover.

All the data is easily understandable, presented in the visual diagrams as well as supported by pivot tables, which can be converted in the most comfortable form for you.

Report does not contain open shifts salaries.

Report also does not contain salary information on an employee level, only on a department level for now.

Report only updates every 24 hours at night.

These feature upgrades are planned to be implemented in Salary report v.2.

Data is presented since 2020 (or the earliest data you have imported to Same System) - to present.

Data refreshes every 24 hours at night. If any changes were made in the schedule or user contracts, please wait for the next day and then check the report.

All data is taken and summarized from SameSystem application, which you have provided for us. If you would like to check or change the data presented, please do the changes directly in the SameSystem application. Numbers in reports can not be changed unless the raw data is changed.

Salary costs data is calculated taking into account data from user contracts and extra salary fields, based on the type of contract and worked hours.

Analyze the difference between salary budget, planned salary costs, and actual salary costs.

Also, see the split of planned and actual salary costs by type - working hours, absences and public holidays costs.

Analyze sales and salary costs in one place. Check the amount of salary % and compare it with salary % limit (salary budget/sales budget or salary % limit from the settings).

Analyze how much salary costs were spent on each absence type and compare it against other departments.

See how much of the working hours costs were spend on bonuses and len-in users. Compare the distributions in other departments.

Analyze how much salary costs were spent on each bonus type and compare it against other departments.

While salary costs define how much a department is spending on the workforce, the department salaries show the numbers on how much the department has to pay for only its own employees, not including lent-in employees and related costs.
