In this article, we’ll show you how you can get the GDPR legal documents between you and Samdock.
☝ GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation for the European Union. All businesses operating in countries of the EU are regulated by this law, and therefore, need to comply with its requirements.
Go to the Business Information tab in Settings. Scroll down the page and you’ll see two types of documents:
Terms of use: this is a legal agreement between you and Samdock in regards to its functionality and the services we provide.
Data processing agreement (DPA): this is a legal agreement between Samdock and third-party apps (for example, Google for your email and calendar, or Aircall for your remote calls) that we use to run Samdock. Here, you’ll learn exactly how we process, store and secure your data, and the measures we take to protect it.
