How are you insured when driving a Poppy Lease vehicle?

This insurance covers:

  • 🧍 Injury to others

What is the deductible?

The deductible is the fixed amount of the claim cost you are responsible for paying before the insurance coverage takes effect.

  • The exact amount of your deductible is determined by your age and driving history.

  • This amount is clearly communicated to you within your Poppy Lease contract.

What is your responsibility regarding damage to the vehicle?

If you damage the vehicle during your rental, you could be responsible for:

  • The full repair or replacement costs.

  • The applicable deductible (excess) if the insurance is involved.

What are your general responsibilities as the renter?

As the renter, you are responsible for any costs resulting from:

  • 🔧 Damage to the vehicle or its accessories.

  • 👥 Harm caused to third parties if it is due to your negligence.

  • 💼 Costs arising from not following the terms and conditions.
