Your Poppy Lease rental period begins the day you receive your vehicle. The contract automatically renews every month (each billing period equals 1 month). No action is required if you wish to keep the car for another month.
🧾 Starting your Poppy Lease rental
Follow these steps to successfully book and receive your vehicle:
1. 🔍 Choose your vehicle:
Go to the Poppy Lease website and log in or register
Browse the available vehicles and select the model that suits your needs
Add the vehicle to your cart
💡 Tip: Click on a vehicle to check its immediate availability
2. 💰 Pay the deposit:
Make the required deposit payment for your chosen vehicle before pick-up or delivery.
💡 Refund: This deposit will be refunded to the same bank account at the end of your rental period.
3. 🧍 Add personal & billing information:
Fill in your contact and billing details to ensure smooth processing of your rental.
4. 📸 Upload driving license:
Submit a photo or scan of your valid European driving license (Category B).
💡 Requirement: The license must have been held for a minimum of 2 years to confirm your rental.
5. 📅 Schedule appointment (delivery or pickup):
If the vehicle is available, our team will contact you within 48-72 hours to arrange the handover:
🚗 Pickup in Vilvoorde (free): Book an appointment at our office between Monday and Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
🏡 Home delivery (€139 incl. VAT): We will deliver your car directly to your specified address via our delivery partner.
6. 🔑 Handover & inspection:
When you receive the car, we will inspect its condition together. From the moment you drive off, the vehicle is your responsibility, similar to owning your own car.
