What should you do in case of a breakdown or flat tire?
If your vehicle breaks down or you have a flat tire, please follow this procedure:
Safety first: Remain calm and move your vehicle to a safe location and park securely.
Call roadside assistance: Contact the roadside assistance service provided by your car's manufacturer.
💡 Contact info: You will find the correct phone number in the vehicle's instruction manual (located in the glove compartment).
What should you do in case of an accident?
If you are involved in an accident, please follow this procedure:
Ensure safety: Make sure everyone is safe, and if possible, move the vehicle to a secure location.
Call AG Insurance: Contact our insurance provider right away:

Important: Mention that you are a Poppy Lease customer.
Complete documentation: Fill in the European Accident Form (a copy is available in the glove compartment).
Take photos: Take as many photos as possible of the accident scene and any damage to the vehicles.
Notify Poppy Lease: Email Poppy Lease within 24 hours and attach the following documents:
The completed accident form.
All pictures taken at the scene.
