If you’ve purchased or received a digital code for one of our games, here’s how you can redeem it on your platform of choice. Follow the steps below to start playing!
Nintendo Switch
Turn on your Nintendo Switch and log into your account.
From the Home Menu, select Nintendo eShop.
Choose the account you want to use.
On the left side of the screen, select Enter Code.
Enter your 16-character code (it should be printed or emailed to you).
Select OK to confirm.
Your game will begin downloading. Once completed, you can find it on your Home Menu.
PlayStation
On PlayStation 5:
Turn on your PS5 and log into your account.
Go to PlayStation Store from the Home screen.
Scroll down and select Redeem Codes.
Enter your 12-character code and press R2 to confirm.
Select Redeem, and your game will be added to your library.
Download the game from your library and start playing.
On PlayStation 4:
Turn on your PS4 and log into your account.
Go to PlayStation Store on the Home screen.
Scroll down and select Redeem Codes.
Enter your 12-character code and press Continue.
Select Confirm to complete the redemption.
Download the game from your library and enjoy!
Xbox
On Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One:
Turn on your console and sign in to your Xbox account.
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Go to Store and select Redeem.
Enter your 25-character code and select Next.
Follow the prompts to confirm.
Your game will be added to your library. Download it and start playing.
On a Web Browser:
Go to https://redeem.microsoft.com.
Log into your Microsoft account.
Enter your 25-character code and select Next.
Once redeemed, your game will be available in your Xbox library.
Steam (PC)
Open the Steam client on your computer and log into your account.
In the top menu, click Games and select Activate a Product on Steam.
Follow the on-screen instructions and click Next.
Enter your code in the provided field and click Next.
Your game will be added to your Steam library.
Download the game from your library and start playing.
After redeeming your code
Make sure you are logged into the correct account before redeeming.
Codes are platform-specific and cannot be transferred once used.
If your code doesn’t work, check for typing errors and confirm the platform matches the code.
