If you are using the app today, you can find more information on how to stop a charge here.

If you are charging via contactless, RFID or third party cards for us to give you the most relevant information, please use the pictures below to select which type of charger you are charging at from the drop down list underneath.

Tritium RTM

When you are ready to stop your charging session, select the 'unlock' button at the bottom right of the screen.

Press 'stop' and unplug the connector from the vehicle.

Kempower S-Series

When you are ready to stop your charging session, press 'Stop' on the bottom of the screen.

Unplug the connector from the vehicle.

Wallbox Supernova

When you are ready to stop your charging session, select 'charging' from the bottom ribbon on screen.

If you charged via contactless payment:

Press 'Stop' followed by 'Yes' and your session will have ended. You can now unplug the connector from the vehicle.

If you charged using as RFID card:

You will need to present the card to the correct reader in order to authenticate the stop.

Once authenticated you will be able to press 'Stop' and your session will have ended. You can now unplug the connector from the vehicle.

Circontrol Raption

When you are ready to stop your charging session, select 'payment method' on the screen then 'stop charge'.

You will need to present the same payment method you used to initiate the session to the correct reader in order to authenticate the stop.

Press 'stop' and unplug the connector from the vehicle.
