Having trouble logging in?

If you have forgotten your password for either NumarkNet or MyPin, please follow the instructions below.

NumarkNet

Your username and password will be required to log into the new site, email addresses will not be accepted to login.

If you have forgotten your password, go to www.numarknet.com and locate the white 'member' log in button top right. Simply click on the 'Forgotten your password' link follow the instructions and we will get this resolved for you.

If you have not logged in to NumarkNet before, please follow the link to 'register now'. You will receive an email to your registered email address with further details.

MyPin

Access to MyPin is essential so you place lace orders quickly and easily via Phoenix. Follow the link below to access the site:


Existing Customers

If you are an existing customer having trouble logging in, go to the MyPin home page and follow the instructions.

Simply email your Phoenix account number and reset request to: centralfile@phoenixmedical.co.uk and they will assign you an authorisation code to access the website. You will then need to create a new user name and password.

Remember to keep these safe and secure so no stock can be ordered without your knowledge.


New Users

If you are new to MyPin, please visit the home page and follow the instructions to set yourself up as a user. You will need your Phoenix account number and the authorisation code emailed to you, to set this up:

Once confirmed you will have access to the MyPin website.
